Change of reservation less than 24 hours prior to journey : not possible
Eventual price difference from original ticket price to changed ticket price will be charged and is payable prior to change. Lower price differences are not refunded. Only once one change per ticket is possible.
Ticket cancellation :
Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to journey: 10,--Euro cancellation fees
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to journey: 15,--Euro cancellation fees
Cancellation within 12 hours before departure time is not possible.
Tickets with a value of less than 17 € per person will not be refunded at all due to high administration costs.
Important : Partial ticket refund or partial ticket re-booking is not possible. Any requests after expiry of the travel date cannot be considered.
Alone traveling persons under 18 years of age do need a written and signed agreement from their parents /resp. from a legal guardian/ if they want to be transported with service busses of the AAEXPRESS. Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to travel alone.
Important: at cross border service buses outside the European Union (Munich - St. Gallen - Zurich: Swiss border control) the alone traveling underaged person needs to carry a valid identity card / EU citizens / or a valid passport as well as the written and signed agreement from a legal guardian with destination, timing, contact address as well as telephone contact.
The bus stop with the sign „Allgäu Airport Express“ is located in front of the main entrance of the arrival / departure hall.
As soon as you leave the security area you can see the Allgäu-Airport-Express counter right in front of you. Our staff will be happy to provide you with all the information you need about our regular service.
The buses of Allgäu Airport Express are ready for boarding approx. 20 Minuten before scheduled departure.
We can transport foldable wheelchairs without any problems. In order to make your journey as comfortable as possible, please send us your reservation details as soon as possible via mail to email@example.com, so that we can assist you in the best way.
Passengers in wheelchairs pay the price of a children´s ticket. Personal assistants (name indicated in the handicapped ID) may travel free of cost.
No, unfortunately not. The duration for such a transaction cannot be foreseen. Therefore we cannot allow our passengers to leave the bus for such a service. We need to consider the interest of all passengers and meet our time-table timings.
Generally we cannot be held responsible for any lost or forgotten items. If you have forgotten any item on the bus you are obliged to inform us immediately, latest however within 24 hours, in writing to our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. Please describe the item as detailed as possible and mention the exact date, route and time of your trip. If we find your lost item we will contact you and arrange corresponding hand-over. Shipment is not possible.
Items which are not declared forgotten / lost within the requested time will be automatically disposed after 4 weeks.
For your journey with the Allgäu Airport Express you do not need to show a printed ticket; you need your booking number and your ticket number written down.
After booking your reservation online, a site will automatically open including the booking confirmation, the booking number and the ticket number. If you do not have printer, please write down the numbers and show them to the bus driver. The bus driver will then check the validity of your ticket.
