Change of reservation up to 24 hours prior to the originally booked trip: free of charge
Change of reservation less than 24 hours prior to the originally booked trip: not possible
Only one change per ticket is possible.

Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the originally booked trip: 10 € per ticket
Cancellation within 12 and 24 hours prior to the originally booked trip: 15 € per ticket
Cancellation less than 12 hours prior to the originally booked trip: not possible
Tickets with a value of less than 17 € per ticket will not be refunded due to the high administration costs involved.

Important: Partial change of tickets or partial refund is not possible.

General Terms and Conditions
Persons under 18 years of age travelling alone require the written consent of their parents (or a legal guardian). Children under 10 years of age may not travel alone.
People with disabilities are transported by AAExpress at a reduced fare upon presentation of the disability pass. If an accompanying person is shown with "B" in the disability pass, then this person travels free of charge.
No, after expiry of the booked trip the tickets will not be refunded.
Luggage (according to BOKraft: safe loading in the luggage compartment):

May not exceed the maximum dimensions of 23 kg and h74.5 x w 49.5 x D 27.5 cm.
The first piece of luggage is free of charge.

Hand luggage:

1 piece of hand luggage with the dimensions h45 cm x w 22 cm x d 33 cm is is allowed and stored in the luggage compartment above the seats or under the seat of the front passenger.
Bicycles must always be registered before the journey and approved for carriage by the AAE.
Tiltable wheelchairs can easily be transported free of charge.

In order to make your journey as pleasant as possible, we ask you to send us your reservation details as early as possible by e-mail to info@aaexpress.de enabling us to help you in the best possible way.

Wheelchair users are transported at half price. (Please book a children ticket). The accompanying person (marked as "B" in the disabled pass) can travel free of charge.

Payment directly to the driver in cash.
Online bookings are payable by credit card or PayPal.
No, you can only book single tickets. You also need to book a single ticket for your return trip seperately.
The AAE is generally not liable for forgotten or left objects on the bus.

If you have forgotten something on the bus, you must report this immediately, i.e. within 24 hours in writing by e-mail to info@aaexpress.de. Please describe the forgotten item as precisely as possible and state the date, route and time of your journey. When we have found your forgotten item, we will contact you and arrange a date for the handover.
Postal or courier delivery is unfortunately not possible.

Lost property that has not been registered with us within the required period will be automatically disposed of by us after 4 weeks.
To travel with the Allgäu Airport Express Bus, you do not necessarily need a ticket printout. You can also show your ticket to the driver on your smartphone.

If the booking process is successfully completed, you will receive a ticket number which will be sent to the email address as given by you during the booking. Make a note of it and report it to the driver. Your booking data will then be checked by the bus driver on site.
